Hosted by TFOU, the Always Have A Vision Scholarship was started by Pascal Kinsey in 2021. As a professional photographer and being involved in art, he is familiar with the financial barrier of entry that exists in some of the arts. Whether it be a camera for photography, a laptop for graphic design, drawing tablets, photoshop, recording equipment — creating art can require a significant investment of time and money. Pascal looks to assist students who are interested in pursuing a career in an art field by helping them over their first hurdle. This scholarship is set to bring students one step closer to realizing their dreams of a profession in artistic expression.
